PURCHASE POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Wonderwod Ltd. (" WW ", " we ", " us ", " our ") is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10874097, with its registered office at 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR, United Kingdom and is owner of the trade name ROWINGMASTERS.

1.2 We operate an online marketplace where you can purchase tickets for live seminars and other events, as well as other items related to the events. The term " Ticket (s) " means a seat in an event organized by WW. 

1.3 This " Purchase Policy " sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of Tickets from us. If you make an online purchase, this Purchase Policy also includes the Terms of Use of our website.

1.6 We sell tickets as and when they are assigned to us by the event organizers and in accordance with their instructions. The number and type of tickets we assign for sale vary from event to event.

1.10 Please note that items cannot be refunded after purchase, except as set forth in clauses 7, 8 of this Purchase Policy. If you no longer want your tickets and are not entitled to a refund under this Purchase Policy, we suggest that you exchange or resell your ticket.

1.11 Nothing in this Purchase Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. For more information on your legal rights, contact Citizens Advice .

2. LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT

3.1 To make a purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in the country of purchase) and be able to enter into legally binding contracts. You must also have a valid credit or debit card issued in your name.

2.2 Any purchase from us constitutes a legally binding contract which is subject to: 

(i) this Purchase Policy; 
(ii) any special terms and conditions stated applicable to an Item and / or event; 
(iii) other terms and conditions of the Host and / or the event; and 
(iv) any terms and conditions of the venue (including entry conditions). 

You must read this Purchase Policy carefully before making a purchase.

2.3 By purchasing one or more Items from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Purchase Policy. If you disagree with this Purchase Policy or other applicable terms and conditions, or if you cannot abide by any of them, you must not make a purchase.

2.4 We reserve the right from time to time to make changes to this Purchase Policy. Where we make such changes, we will post the updated version of this Purchase Policy on our website. Therefore, we recommend that you check this Purchase Policy regularly to stay informed of its current terms and conditions. All purchases are subject to the applicable version of this Purchase Policy posted at the time of purchase. 3. PRICES, PAYMENT AND PLACEMENT OF ORDERS

3.1 All prices of the Items offered for sale by us are inclusive of VAT and Local Taxes where applicable, calculated at checkout depending on the country you are in when you make the purchase.

3.2 While we try to ensure that all advertised prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price (in which case we will credit or charge you as appropriate) or by canceling your order ( in which case you will receive a full refund). If we are unable to contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, you agree that we can treat the order as canceled and issue you a full refund, with no further liability.

3.3 In many circumstances, ticket prices are set at the time of the initial listing and remain the same until the event. However, some tickets have a "market price" and therefore the sale prices can go up or down at any time, based on demand. It is similar to the way airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold and is commonly referred to as "Dynamic Pricing". You will not be entitled to a refund or credit if 

(i) the sale price paid for a ticket was at any time prior to the purchase of the ticket lower than the sale price paid; or 
(ii) the Sale Price of any other Ticket for the event in question (whether in the same price category or otherwise) is / is subsequently reduced after the purchase of the Ticket.

3.4 As it is possible to purchase items for events taking place in different countries, not all items are priced in British Pounds. All prices are displayed in the currency in which they will be charged and we take no responsibility for any additional charges that you may be subject to by your credit or debit card provider, or any exchange rate fluctuations, which are entirely at your own expense. risk.

3.6 Payment methods accepted include Visa, MasterCard and American Express debit or credit cards.

3.7 Your purchase agreement begins once we have confirmed your order and ends immediately after the completion of the event for which you purchased the Item (s). However, if you have purchased an upsell that is a product (as opposed to a service), your purchase agreement with respect to that product will end 14 days after the product's delivery date. Please see clause 13 for further details.

3.8 Only you can be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be liable for any costs or losses you should incur if you assume that an order has been or has not been placed because you have not received an order confirmation.

3.9 All purchases are subject to credit or debit card verification (if applicable), other security checks and collection of payment by us. Your order may be canceled if it has not passed our verification process or if your payment is not received in full. In rare cases, if the payment is recalled by the associated bank or payment service provider, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order for which an order confirmation has been sent. We take no responsibility for such cancellations, as these are beyond our control.

3.10 You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any Items through the unauthorized use of any robot, spider or other automated device or software, or through unauthorized framing or linking to any website, or through any other illegal or unauthorized activity. 4. TICKET RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1 Any ticket purchased from us remains the property of the relevant event organizer and is a revocable personal license which can be withdrawn and admission refused at any time.

4.2 When you receive your tickets and / or your order confirmation, please keep them in a safe place. We will not be responsible for any tickets lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed following receipt or collection by you. 

5. TICKET RESTRICTIONS

5.1 When you purchase tickets from us, you are limited to a specific number of tickets for each event. This number is included on the first purchase page and is verified with every order. This policy is intended to discourage and prevent unfair ticket purchasing practices. Tickets may be limited to a maximum number per person (or company, as the case may be), per credit or debit card, and for some events or tours, a family restriction may also apply. We reserve the right to cancel any order for tickets purchased beyond relevant limits without notice.

5.2 Tickets may be sold subject to certain restrictions on entry or use, such as restricted, obstructed or side view or a minimum age for entry. Any such restrictions will be displayed or otherwise notified to the user before or at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that you read all notifications and other important information displayed or notified during the purchase process. We will not be liable if you or any guests under your booking are refused admission due to non-compliance or proof that you / they meet any restrictions (e.g. a minimum age requirement).

5.4 You cannot resell or transfer your tickets if prohibited by law. Additionally, event organizers may restrict or prohibit the resale or transfer of tickets for certain events. Any resale or transfer (or attempted resale or transfer) of a Ticket in violation of applicable law or any restriction or prohibition imposed by an Event Partner is grounds for the seizure or cancellation of that Ticket.

5.5 Tickets purchased from us may not:
(a) be used for advertising, promotions, competitions or sweepstakes (or other similar commercial gains); and / or
(b) be combined with any hospitality, travel or lodging service and / or any other merchandise, product or service to create a package for sale or other distribution, unless we give formal written permission from us. and the relevant Event Organizer in advance and provided that, even if such permission is granted, the use of our brands or any Event Host or our brands and other intellectual property is subject to the express written consent of the owner.

6. TIMETABLE AND ADMISSIONS OF EVENTS

6.2 Tickets are sold subject to the event organizer's right to alter or vary the schedule of an event due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obligated to refund money or exchange tickets, unless such modification is not a material alteration as described in clause 7, in which case the provisions of that clause apply.

6.3 In general, every effort to admit latecomers will be made at an adequate break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

6.5 Admission to all events is subject to the admission terms of the relevant venue and certain items (e.g. laser pens, cell phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and patrons' food and drink) may be prohibited. Please check with the venue directly. The unauthorized use of photographic and / or recording equipment at events is also prohibited. Any unauthorized photos, videos and / or recordings could be destroyed or deleted. The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason inside, at or near the venue is strictly prohibited.

6.6 The violation of any terms and conditions of the venue or any unacceptable behavior that may cause damage, nuisance or injury will authorize the event organizer to expel you from the venue.

6.7 The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to the venue or to remove any person from the venue for reasons of public safety and you will not be entitled to a refund (including failure to comply with any measures put in place to combat the spread of Covid-19), any unacceptable behavior that may cause damage, nuisance or injury, or for any violation of the terms and conditions of the Event Organizers.

6.9 By attending an event, you and other users understand and agree to be photographed, filmed and / or recorded in connection with the event and / or for security purposes, including filming by the police. You and other users understand and agree that the resulting photographs, videos, audio recordings and / or audiovisual recordings may be used in any and all media for any purpose at any time around the world (however, you may object to such use at the specific request of rowingmasters@wonderwod.co.uk )

7. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES OF EVENTS

7.1 If an event is canceled, rescheduled or substantially altered, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you once we have received the relevant information and authorization from our event host. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be notified of any such cancellation, rescheduling or modification prior to the date of the event. It is your responsibility to ascertain if an event has been canceled, rescheduled or changed and the date and time of any rescheduled event.

7.2 Cancellation: If an event for which you have purchased tickets is completely canceled (and not rescheduled), your order will be canceled and you will be refunded the sale price of your tickets minus a 5% deductible due to costs service and cost processing. If you have purchased tickets or packages for a multi-day event and one or more days (but not every day) are canceled, you may only be offered a proportionate partial refund.

7.3 Rescheduling : If an event for which you have purchased Tickets or Packages is rescheduled, Tickets and Packages will generally be valid for the new date (or you will be offered Tickets or Packages of a value corresponding to your original Tickets or Packages for the rescheduled event. , based on availability). If you notify us within the specified timeframe that you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will be able to cancel your order and get a refund of the selling price of your tickets or packages (service charges and processing fees of orders are non-refundable).Failure to notify within a specified time that you are unable to attend the rescheduled event will be considered a reconfirmation of your ticket or package order for the rescheduled event and you will not be able to request a refund.

7.4 Alteration of material : If an event for which you have purchased Tickets or Packages is "substantially altered" (as defined in clause 7.5 below), Tickets and Packages will generally be valid for the modified event (or you will be offered Tickets or Packages of a corresponding value with your original tickets or packages for the modified event, subject to availability). If you notify us within the specified deadline that you do not wish to attend the modified event, you will be able to cancel your order and obtain a refund of the sales price of your tickets or packages (service charges and order processing fees are not are refundable).Failure to notify within a specified time period that you do not wish to attend the modified event will be considered a reconfirmation of your order for tickets or packages for the modified event and you will not be able to request a refund.

7.5 For the purposes of this Buying Policy, a " material change " is a change (other than a reschedule) that, in our reasonable opinion and that of the relevant Event Partner, makes the event materially different from the event that buyers of Tickets, generally considered, could reasonably be expected. In particular, it is specified that the following are not to be considered "substantial alterations": adverse meteorological conditions; agenda changes and delays at the start of an event show.

7.6 To request a refund under clause 7.2, 7.3 or 7.4, please follow the instructions we give you or apply in writing to: Wonderwod, Customers Service, 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR - UK (or other address as notified by us ). Where we tell you to do so, you must attach or return your unused tickets to us and comply with any other instructions we have. For accounting purposes in relation to canceled events, unused tickets must reach us within 28 days of the date of the canceled event. 

7.7 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

7.8 If you have purchased upsells associated with an event that has been canceled, rescheduled or substantially altered and you are owed a refund in relation to the tickets in accordance with clause 7.2, 7.3 or 7.4, unless the Upsell is a product and has already been delivered to you or is a digital download purchased during the 14 days immediately prior to the release date or at any time on or after the release date, we will also refund the retail price of such upsells purchased from us. However, nothing in this clause 7 shall exclude the statutory right to cancel orders for upsells other than excluded upsells (as defined below), as set forth in clause 8.

8. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

8.1 Tickets and Packages cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in the circumstances referred to in clause 11.

8.2 Additionally, some types of upsells cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in certain specific circumstances (as set forth in clause 8.8). Such upsells are referred to in this Purchase Policy as " excluded upsells ") and include:
(a) any travel, dining, lodging, transportation or leisure activity services, to be provided on a specified date or during a specified period ;
(b) any product made to your specifications or clearly customized;
(c) any sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, if such goods are unsealed after delivery;
(d) any digital download purchased during the 14 days immediately prior to the release date or at any time on or after the release date, in which case at the time of purchase you have agreed to provide the digital download to you prior to the expiration of the normal withdrawal period provided for by law and will have recognized that your right of withdrawal will be lost;
(e) any goods that are inseparably mixed (according to their nature) with other items after delivery;

(g) any alcoholic beverage where:

(i) the price was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract;

8.3 Except for excluded tickets and upsells, you have the right, without giving any reason, to cancel such part (s) of your order that relate to the following upsells, within the specified time limits:
(a) an upsell that is a product - within 14 days from the date of delivery of such product to the user (or within a longer period as specified in the terms and conditions of the Partner of the relevant event);

Please note that in such circumstances you do not have the right to cancel the purchase of the associated ticket.

13.4 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post to Wonderwod Ltd. - Customer Service, 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR (or otherwise address as notified to you by us).

8.5 To comply with the relative cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period referred to in clause 13.3.

8.6 Once you have notified us within the relevant deadline that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, if you have received the Upsell (or if it has already been sent and you do not refuse delivery of the same), you must return that Upsell to us as follows:
( a) if the Upsell has been provided to you by our Event Partner, you must return the Upsell to the relevant Event Partner, at the address communicated by us or displayed on our website; or
(b) if the Upsell was provided to you by us, you must return the Upsell to us at Wonderwod Ltd. - Customer Service, 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR (or other address as notified to you by us).

Returns must be sent promptly and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation and we recommend that you obtain proof of dispatch. Also note: You will have to bear the costs of returning the relevant Upsells, unless otherwise specified by us or the relevant Event Partner.

8.7 If you cancel a purchase under this clause 8, we will generally refund you all payments received in connection with the relevant canceled Upsell, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery than the type of delivery). cheaper standard delivery offered by us). 8.9 We will refund using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.

9. INTERPRETATION

9.1 The terms "including", "includes", "in particular", "eg" or any similar expression are to be construed as illustrative and do not limit the meaning of the words, description, definition, phrase or term preceding such terms.

10. GUARANTEES AND INDEMNITIES

10.1 You represent and warrant that the information you submit to us in connection with your account and your use of the WW Services is true, accurate and complete and you will not use any false information, including contact information. You also warrant and declare that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in the country of purchase) and that you can enter into legally binding contracts for the purchase of Tickets.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (including our affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, legal representatives and subcontractors) and our partners for relevant events, will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. or loss of data, profits, revenue, earnings, goodwill, reputation, entertainment or opportunity, or from distress, or any exemplary, special or punitive damages, arising directly or indirectly from the use of the WW Services and / or any purchase made under to this Purchase Policy.

11.3 Unless otherwise stated in this clause 16, our liability and that of any relevant Event Partner to you in connection with an event (including, but not limited to, for any cancellation, rescheduling or alteration of an event) and any Item you purchased will be limited to the price you paid for the Items, including any Service Fees but excluding any Order Processing Fees.

11.4 We are not responsible for any Internet connection errors encountered while using the WW Services.

11.5 We are not responsible for the actions or failures of any Venue, artist, promoter or other event host. In no event will we be liable for death or personal injury suffered by you or your guests resulting from participation in an event, unless caused by our negligence. Nor will we be liable for any loss or damage to your property or personal effects, or those of any guests under your booking, attending an event.

11.6 We will not be liable to you for failure to perform any of our obligations under this Purchase Policy to the extent that the failure is caused by an event of force majeure (meaning any cause beyond our reasonable control including , without limitation, acts of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lockout, bad weather, third party injunction, national defense requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments). This clause does not affect the terms of any clauses that specifically provide for a refund right

12. QUESTIONS, COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 If we need to contact you, we will use the contact details of your Rowingmasters account (or the contact details you provided at the time of purchase, if you did not purchase online). It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any changes to your contact details, either before or after receipt of the Items. In particular, make sure you provide us with a valid email address as this is our preferred method of contacting you. You should also be aware that your inbox settings may treat our emails as junk, so remember to check your junk and / or spam folders.

12.2 If you have any questions or complaints regarding your purchase, please contact us using our Customer Service.

12.3 Your question or complaint must be acknowledged by us as soon as possible and, in any case, within five working days of receipt.

12.4 We may need to contact one or more Event Partners for further information before answering your question or complaint.

12.5 In the event of a dispute, we will make every reasonable effort to consult or negotiate in good faith and endeavor to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to you, us and any relevant Event Organizer. Please note that some complaints can take up to 28 days to resolve.

12.8 Nothing in this Purchase Policy affects or limits your statutory rights, your right to file a complaint with Trading Standards or another appropriate regulatory authority, or your right to pursue legal proceedings or other forms of dispute resolution such as through the European Union Online Dispute Resolution Platform (" EU ODR Platform "), a portal through which you can make a complaint to a registered alternative dispute resolution provider.

12.9 Please note that we do not tolerate aggressive or abusive behavior towards our staff or representatives, or unreasonable requests or persistence in use (including any threats, abuse or harassment of our staff or representatives in any form or any means). 13. GENERAL

13.7 Any notice provided under this Purchase Policy must be delivered on receipt and is deemed to have been received at the time of delivery (if delivered by hand, registered mail or courier) or at the time of transmission (if delivered by email).

13.8 This Purchase Policy will be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with English law and both you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in connection with any dispute arising out of or in connection with these commercial polices.
